Group work: Prepare the study
Group tasks:
- Prepare our OSF project (steps 5-8 of the CREP Guide)
- Prepare our study material (see Step 4 of the CREP guide)
- Translate the study material
- Search for an alternative awe-inducing video and neutral control video.
- Write an exact “screenplay”: In which order are the instructions, interventions, items presented?
- Think about possible extensions, add them to this document

Homework 2: Learn formr
There are various resources - choose according to your preference:
- The official formr documentation (written)
- A 46 min. video tutorial by Alan Jern (in English)
- A 2h workshop video by Kai Horstmann (in German)
- 7 short videos (36 min. total) by Daniela Feistauer (in German)
Deliverables:
- Log into the OSC formr platform (use the credentials provided in Moodle), create a new Survey with your name, link a Google sheet with some questions of your choice. Try out different item types.
- Special item types: Try to link a Youtube video. Can you make it fullscreen automatically?
- Create a Run with your name that contains only this survey and a goodbye screen.
- (Optional) Challenge for pros: Try to implement the visible 2-min. timer
- (Optional) Challenge for pros: Can we record the screen size of the participant?
